Regulasi ini dituangkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital No. 2 Tahun 2025 dan Keputusan Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital No. 12 Tahun 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Penetapan Pita Frekuensi Tambahan untuk RLAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indonesia kini menetapkan pita 5925-6452 MHz untuk teknologi RLAN, termasuk WiFi 6E. Pengaturan ini dijabarkan dalam PM No. 2\/2025, dengan rincian:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pita frekuensi tambahan untuk RLAN telah ditetapkan dalam rentang 5925-6452 MHz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pengaturan standar teknis untuk RLAN 6 GHz (5925-6425 MHz) dijelaskan dalam KM No. 12\/2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXc-STIEJQSCnnk57JeDMMt1yU3J--etXwQtX5BW6n1xMzTvYnkSOqM5tS9x3ALFUI28CSDQ62oGQqynRNaXnpwJiKneBwAODx482h-pbwLc7uLRmsVHXTntfKpO2zHRyvTsBkBivg?key=mjO-2NpngrE7oDTCmQdRnZFt\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Persyaratan Sertifikasi untuk Perangkat RLAN 6 GHz<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agar dapat memperoleh sertifikasi di Indonesia, perangkat RLAN 6 GHz harus memenuhi persyaratan berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laporan Hasil Uji (LHU)<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hanya menerima Laporan Hasil Uji yang diterbitkan oleh lab uji lokal yaitu dari BBPPT.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dari laboratorium luar negeri MRA \u2013 Harus memiliki ruang lingkup RLAN 6 GHz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokumen Tambahan:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Surat pernyataan jenis perangkat (Low Power Indoor atau Very Low Power).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat pernyataan terkait catu daya dan gain antena, jika tidak dicantumkan dalam LHU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat pernyataan tentang antarmuka alat telekomunikasi untuk jaringan area lokal radio (RLAN), jika tidak dicantumkan dalam LHU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat pernyataan perangkat lunak\/firmware yang menjawab pertanyaan sesuai Lampiran V Keputusan Menteri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ketentuan Tambahan:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Untuk hasil uji perangkat akses point, router, dll.; tidak boleh ada pengaturan country lock of origin. Harus dikunci lokasi Indonesia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laporan Hasil Uji (test report) baik dalam negeri atau luar negeri wajib hanya mencantumkan hasil pengukuran frekuensi dengan alokasi range yang diizinkan di Indonesia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proses Pengujian WiFi 6E di Indonesia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk memastikan kepatuhan teknis, pengujian WiFi 6E (RLAN 6 GHz) hanya dapat dilakukan secara lokal di BBPPT.
