{"id":816,"date":"2025-05-21T08:02:58","date_gmt":"2025-05-21T08:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sdppi.cerapproval.com\/?p=816"},"modified":"2025-06-11T12:40:22","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T12:40:22","slug":"standar-teknis-baru-untuk-perangkat-free-space-optics-fso-di-indonesia-kepmen-no-43-tahun-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sdppi.cerapproval.com\/index.php\/2025\/05\/21\/standar-teknis-baru-untuk-perangkat-free-space-optics-fso-di-indonesia-kepmen-no-43-tahun-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Standar Teknis Baru untuk Perangkat Free Space Optics (FSO) di Indonesia \u2013 Kepmen No. 43 Tahun 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mulai 18 Mei 2025, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital Republik Indonesia (KOMDIGI) secara resmi memberlakukan Keputusan Menteri Nomor 43 Tahun 2025 tentang Standar Teknis Perangkat Telekomunikasi Free Space Optics (FSO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peraturan ini mengganti dan mencabut Keputusan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 59 Tahun 2022, yang dinyatakan tidak berlaku lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Saja yang Diatur dalam Kepmen No. 43\/2025?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepmen ini menetapkan standar teknis wajib untuk seluruh perangkat FSO yang diproduksi, diimpor, dirakit, atau dipasarkan di wilayah Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Standar Teknis Perangkat FSO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa parameter teknis yang diatur meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Catu daya (power supply)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emisi &amp; imun EMC (mengacu CISPR 32, CISPR 35)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keselamatan listrik (IEC 62368-1 atau IEC 60950-1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keamanan laser (kelas 1, 1M, 2, 2M, 3R dan\/atau 3B, sesuai IEC 60825-1 &amp; IEC 60825-12)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antarmuka Ethernet dan SDH (IEEE 802.3, ITU-T G.957 &amp; G.691)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Klasifikasi Lokasi Pemasangan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Perangkat FSO diklasifikasikan berdasarkan risiko paparan laser ke lingkungan berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tempat tanpa batasan (unrestricted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempat terbatas (restricted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempat tidak dapat diakses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempat terkendali (controlled)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasifikasi ini akan menentukan kelas laser yang diperbolehkan dan langkah pengamanan yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Persyaratan Uji dan Sertifikasi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi SDPPI\/DJID, pemohon wajib menyertakan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laporan hasil uji terkait catu daya, EMC, keselamatan listrik, keselamatan laser, dan persyaratan antarmuka synchronous digital hierarchy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat deklarasi kesesuaian untuk antarmuka Ethernet (mengacu IEEE 802.3)<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
